Our single-chip system solutions put a complete GSM/GPRS system in a single monolithic IC, for the smallest, most cost-effective approach available today. In a single PBGA that measures as little as 10 x 10 mm, we combine the analog and digital baseband, an RF transceiver with outstanding RF sensitivity, plus power management and audio circuitry. That leaves room for added features, like a color display and media-player capabilities.

With such high integration, the total BOM count is below 100 components, or roughly half that of competing solutions. The result is an engaging phone that provides excellent reliability and very long battery life in the most affordable format possible.

Our single-chip system solutions are also pin-for-pin compatible, for easy introduction into multiple market segments.
