Complete with pre-developed, certified hardware and software, it lets you satisfy an increasing number of operators without needing to diversify your products. This versatile solution offers you excellent benefits: as well as reducing development complexity and improving security, it also facilitates local production to help further decrease costs and alleviate import taxes.
Simply add your preferred front-end / back-end components and you have the ideal basis for all terrestrial, cable and satellite segments with advanced, high quality performance.
Our chip on board features key NXP ICs. Powerful source decoder PNX8329 incorporates RISC CPU, multi-standard MPEG1, MPEG2 and JPEG video decoder and extensive audio, video and graphics processing functionality. The TDA8024 ensures secure Pay TV access, performing all supply, protection and control functions for the smart card reader. And, covering all the functionality of a basic zapper box, the pre-developed, customizable software still allows you to implement your own ‘look and feel’.
The solution supports the Nagravision conditional access system, with software libraries already ported on the chip on board module. Support for other CA systems will be added in the future.
