Background information
While not intended as a reference design for direct manufacture, the motherboard is a proven example of a typical CX2414x- or CX2415x-based set-top design, implemented on a low cost two-layer PCB.
The two-layer PCB motherboard has no internal layer and incorporates all signal, power and ground connections on both sides. Components on the board are top side mounted only.
