Here are some previews of what you'll see at the show:


Global LCDTV platform TV550 Our TV550 Global LCDTV platform, the first to be produced in a 45-nm process, brings high-end features, such as H.264, to mainstream TV markets worldwide. For the fastest time-to-market, NXP has partnered with ISVs to supply turnkey solutions for Europe (DVB), US (ATSC), and China (DMB-T).
45-nm STB SoC PNX84xx The PNX84xx is the world's first 45-nm STB SoC. Equipped with an advanced TriMedia core and a proven SGX531 3D core from Imagination Technologies, the PNX84xx offers industry-leading power consumption while supporting various Internet codecs, OTT video-service formats, and Blu-ray video quality. It enables 3D EPG and gaming, too.
Support for the OTT market For the emerging Over The Top (OTT) market, we use the PNX8735 MPEG SoC and CI Cabot middleware to deliver traditional broadcast and Internet content from a single SoC.
IPTV reference design This compact solution combines our CX2450x single-chip STB SoC with an interactive content platform from Active Video Networks (AVN)
Digital pay TV with NDS Evolution This Download PDF File CX2450x-based CDI implementation runs NDS Evolution middleware, to let operators add new features, including interactive TV, create/change EPG, add skins, and advanced content searches.
Multi-room viewing with Wi-Fi This advanced set-up uses Download PDF File STB225 thin clients, configured with a high-quality Wi-Fi link and Nevis media server operations. It provides web-based content to the home via a cloud server at home.
Low-cost multi-room viewing Lower the cost of multi-room installations with this efficient configuration, which has the CX2450x configured as a DVR streaming HD content of a MoCA network to two thin clients.
Hybrid DVB-C / IP STB This highly integrated, built with the STB155, combines standard-definition cable programming with IP connectivity for enhanced services such as VOD, interactive EPG, and games. It supports MP3/JPEG playback, IP streaming, and playback via Ethernet.
Low-cost DVB-S2 hybrid Based on the PNX8735 MPEG SoC, our low-cost, low-power solution includes a turnkey software application for uncompromised performance.
