Select the optimum performance for a particular power MOSFET according to your circuit requirements, and download your design to a personal file for future reference. There are currently two available tools: Active Datasheet and Buck Designer.
Active Datasheet lets you select an NXP MOSFET based on your application requirements and then analyse the performance characteristics. The result, you have access to datasheet information that more accurately reflects the performance of the MOSFET within your specific design.
Alternatively you can input your application design criteria into the Buck Designer tool and let NXP's complex selection algorithms present you with the optimum MOSFETs matched to your requirements. Performance of the selected MOSFETs can then be simulated within the application to give detailed power loss and waveform analysis.
SimPort is regularly updated with the performance models of NXP's latest generation MOSFETs, allowing any new operating behaviour to be demonstrated straightaway in a virtual environment.
