Winning performance

People Performance Management is an annual formal process in NXP that includes objective setting and review as well as personal and professional development discussions. These discussions are important, providing managers and their staff to jointly identify strengths, opportunities, and development paths.


Coaching is important at NXP, where we also provide programs to develop and certify coaches at all management levels. We also encourage peer coaching through a process of sharing and learning with multi-cultural colleagues throughout your network.

On-going leadership journey

For senior staff with at least 8 years work experience and further growth potential, we offer a Senior Leadership Journey of 20 weeks or more intensive training. The journey is designed to bring about significant organisational change through personal development.
