Successfully sales oriented
In a sales position in NXP, you'll play a leading role in our business development. Because our sales people go much further than booking design-wins and closing deals. You'll be a sparring partner for customers; an active part of the development process for leading-edge products that will mean their success - and yours. Totally in tune with developments in your market, you'll know how to spot opportunities and translate them into real sales opportunities.
At NXP, we see our sales force as the critical interface with our customers, front line sources of valuable input and feedback. You'll work with research and development engineers, marketing and manufacturing staff to define and help bring new innovations to market. An effective networker, you'll play a strategic role in developing markets.
Marketing mapmakers
Complementing the Sales function, Marketing within NXP creates roadmaps based on actual customer requirements, aligned with our short- and long-term business plans and the innovative capacities of our research, design, development and product creation functions. As a product-marketing manager, your sphere of activity is international by definition. Variety is inherent in your tasks and assignments, involving design-in activities, the launch and positioning of new products, developing and implementing pricing strategies. And of course, new business creation is a constant challenge to your creative abilities to identify new application opportunities and new potential customers.
