Our markets are worldwide, covering Europe and the US as well as Asia Pacific, China and India. It's challenging, working with so many different cultures. I've learned a lot from that. And the variety of my assignments is great!
We're leaders in mobile phone systems - we've shipped over 200 million solutions to customers around the world. I'm proud of that. There's a lot of pressure to come up with new products for new markets, and I think we need to invest in longer-term leadership in innovation. As NXP, we're starting to focus more on this.
