Resistor equipped transistors (RET)
RET-models contain only the parameters for the bare transistor. The resistances R1 and R2 of the RET have to be added separately in schematic. The values of these resistances are specified in the model header.
Node description
According to the pinning standard of SPICE, the pinning sequence of NXP SPICE models always is 1 -2 -3 with the correlation 1=collector, 2=base and 3=emitter for transistors respectively 1 – 2 with correlation 1=anode and 2=cathode for diodes.
Please note that the package pinning described in the datasheet does not refer to SPICE models and may differ from that assignment!
