NXP to announce second quarter financial results on 24 July

Eindhoven, Netherlands, July 18, 2007 – NXP Semiconductors, the independent semiconductor company founded by Philips, will announce its second quarter (April - June) 2007 financial results on Tuesday 24 July 2007.
