Highlights at our booth have been:

• QUBIC4 BiCMOS process based devices, including: GPS LNAs, LO generators, RF ASICs.
• Microwave, Broadcast and ISM (industrial, scientific and medical) LDMOS RF Power transistors for highest power Radar, UHF amplifiers, and DVB-T transmitters.
• First public demonstration of JEDEC JESD204A compliant DAC, the NXP DAC1408D650. This new data converter interconnect standard offers numerous technical and commercial merits for base station applications.
