NextPower

Join us at APEC 2011 to see how NextPower will help you improve the performance of your designs.

The presentation: "Low Voltage Superjunction Power MOSFET: an Application Optimized Technology" will be given by Dr. Phil Rutter, as he dissects Power MOSFET technologies highlighting areas critical for high performance. He explains how NXP NextPower technology was developed to give optimal performance in DC-DC converters.

The session discusses different device structures used for Power MOSFETs, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each. In addition, Dr. Rutter will highlight how NXP has used the Superjunction approach to combine the best aspects of competing device structures. The result achieves simultaneous low specific RDS(on) QG, QGD and QOSS.

Register here for the conference and technical sessions. Date: Wednesday, March 9 Time: 8:30 - 10:10 am Technical Session: GaN Inverter, Si & Peizoelectric Devices Room: 203C

NXP will be situated at Booth 509 for the duration of the conference, which takes place from 6th - 10th March, Fort Worth Convention Centre, Texas.
