NX1117C / CE series

The NX1117C/NX1117CE are two series of low-dropout positive voltage regulators with an output current capability of 1 A. The two series consist of 18 fixed output voltage versions and two adjustable output voltage versions. NX1117C series offers an output voltage accuracy of ±1% and NX1117CE series of ±1.25 %.

The regulators feature output current limiting, Safe Operating Area (SOA) control, and thermal shutdown.

The NX1117C/NX1117CE series are housed in a medium power SOT223 (SC-73) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

LD6805 series

The LD6805 series is a small size low-dropout regulator (LDO) family with a maximum voltage drop of 250 mV @ 150 mA current rating.

Offering a high PSRR (75 dB), an exceptionally low quiescent current (35 µA typ), and a standby current of just 0.1 µA, this LDO meets the demands of battery-driven circuits. Other features include an ultra-small lead-free SOT1194 (HXSON4) package, low noise (40 µVrms), excellent ESD immunity (7 kV HBM), and a low dropout voltage.

This series is ideal for use in applications requiring component miniaturization, such as mobile phone handsets, cordless telephones and personal digital devices

LD6806 series

The LD6806 series is a small size low-dropout regulator (LDO) family with a maximum voltage drop of 60 mV @ 200 mA current rating. The device is available in three different ultra small packages, one 0.4 mm pitch CSP, a five pin SOT753 and one leadless plastic package SOT886.

The operating voltage ranges from 2.3 V to 5.5 V and the output voltage ranges from 1.2 V to 3.6 V.

Each product in the family is available in two versions: high-ohmic (H version) or with an integrated auto-discharge (pull-down) circuit (P version).

This series is ideal for use in applications requiring component miniaturization, such as mobile phone handsets, cordless telephones and personal digital devices.

TL431 series

The TL431 series is a three-terminal shunt regulator family with an output voltage range between Vref = 2.495 V and 36 V, to be set by two external resistors.

  • The TL431xDBZR types feature an enhanced stability area with a very low load capacity requirement
  • The TL431xFDT types offer an enhanced stability area and a higher ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI) ruggedness, for example, for Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications
  • The TL431xSDT types are designed for standard requirements and linear applications.
