NXP has won the Bosch Supplier award in the Electronic and Electromechanical components category for the third time. The award recognizes companies that have performed well in manufacturing and supplying products or services over the past two years. Key factors taken into account when selecting the winner include quality, pricing, reliability, technology and continuous improvement.
Rick Clemmer and Kurt Sievers joined the exclusive awards ceremony in Stuttgart, Germany, and celebrated with the Bosch team and other suppliers who received awards for outstanding performance over the past two years. Mr. Sievers, senior vice president and head of the Automotive Business Unit at NXP Semiconductors, states: "This is the third time that we have received the Supplier Award from Bosch Group. We are very proud of our long-lasting and successful relationship with the largest Automotive Tier 1 supplier globally. Working so closely with a partner like Bosch has helped us optimize our efficiency and quality to become a true leader in high-performance mixed signal and standard semiconductor solutions for automotive."
