The small low-dropout (LDO) regulator LD6836TD is available in the 2.9 x 1.5 x 1.0 mm standard package SOT753 (SOT23-5 compatible). With an ultra low voltage drop of 100 mV at 300 mA current rating, it ensures long battery lifetime and superior operating stability while the package facilitates optimal heat dissipation.
It is ideal for analog and digital interfaces requiring lower than standard supply voltage in consumer appliances, and industrial and computing applications.
