The DC6M4/5/6 series combine the advantages of a high performance, high frequency DC/DC buck converter with a small package (1.0 * 1.4 mm²). The 6 MHz switching frequency allows inductors as small as 470 nH to be used in order to save board space. Another key advantage is the ultra-low output voltage ripple performance of only 7 mV (typ).
