A family of small devices, the LD6805 low dropout (LDO) regulator series is optimized for portable applications with challenging space requirements. With a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 75 dB and a voltage drop of 250 mV at 150 mA current rating, it ensures long battery lifetime and superior operating stability. The devices are available in a DFN1010C-4 (SOT1194/HUSON4) package, only 1x1x0.55 mm in size. This package is also known as a ‘diamond’ package and facilitates optimal heat dissipation.
Perfect for analog and digital interfaces requiring lower than standard supply voltage in mobile appliances such as mobile phones, media players and ultrabooks.
