NXP Awarded European High Yield Deal of the Year
International Financing Review (IFR), the world’s leading source of capital markets intelligence, awarded
NXP European High Yield Deal of the Year. This award from the key industry benchmark of global capital markets
excellence follows the issuing of € 4.5 billion of high yield bonds as it separated from Royal Philips Electronics in 2006.
T3G CTO Awarded “Outstanding Contributor” designation by Beijing Municipal Government
Mr. Zhang Daijun, CTO of T3G Technology, the 3G JV of NXP, DTMC, Samsung and Motorola, was awarded the designation of “10 Most Outstanding Contributors” to the Electronics and Information Industry of Beijing, a prestigious honor jointly granted by the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) and the Industrial Promotion Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Government (IPBB). Mr. Zhang's naming of one of the “10 Most Outstanding Contributors” is not only a personal recognition for Mr. Zhang for the great contributions he made in the realm of TD-SCDMA handset chipset, but also an official acknowledgement for T3G, the market leader, for its many achievements that have driven the commercialization of TD-SCDMA, China’s homegrown 3G standard.
LG innotek supplier award
LG Innotek chose NXP Semiconductors as Best Supplier for the year 2006 in recognition of NXP's contribution to an excellent business performance of Digital Network Division of LG Innotek. NXP Korea helped LG Innotek's outperformance in tuner business with strategic pricing, on-time delivery and technical support.
PC Magazine Award
The NXP Nexperia UMA-enabled GSM/GPRS/EDGE VAS system solution 6100 has received PC Magazine’s top award for cellular in their 23rd annual Awards for Technology Excellence.

Two NXP products have won top honors in the competition for the 2005 EDN China Innovation Awards. The NXP Nexperia TV520 was voted best-in-class for the Consumer Electronics ICs category, and the NXP Nexperia mobile applications processor PNX4103 won the Network & Communication category.

Flextronics Supplier of the Year for 2nd year running
For the second year running, Flextronics rewarded NXP Semiconductors with the Supplier of the Year Award 2005, during the annual Supplier Conference in Hong Kong. Flextronics emphasized our sustained achievement - this is the second consecutive year we've won the award - especially praising the commitment and willingness to win of our account management. Other key points that won acclaim from Flextronics were our continuously increasing share in MultiMarket Semiconductors and our strong contribution to Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) projects.

At the Semthai Partners Conference held on April 21, 2006 in Bangkok, Thailand, Samsung Electro-Mechanics (Thailand) presented NXP Semiconductors with its Best Supplier Award 2005.

NXP LPC2101/02/03 Product family voted a Product of the Year 2005 by ELEKTRONIK readers
The NXP ARM7-based microcontroller product family LPC2101/02/03 has won a product of the year award from German magazine, Elektronik. The 32-bit processor of the type ARM7 TDMI-S with 70 MHz, was entered in the active components category. Electronik is Europe's most widely read German-based Electronic industry trade publication and more than 5000 of its readers voted in the 9th annual Product of the Year contest.
