How to use the parametric search?

  • This is the new version of the parametric search. All browsers are supported, but some functions such as the remote control and ShareThis are missing in Internet Explorer 6 and 7.
  • Your feedback on the new parametric search is more than welcome. You can use the feedback button on the right of the screen to send us your feedback.
  • The parametric search opens by default in a minimize version, you can use the maximize button in the right corner to use the full screen.
  • You can choose the number of results per page: 10, 25, 50, 100 or all results.
  • The common characteristics are parameters with the same value for all type numbers.
  • You can use the filters in the second row to narrow down the selection. Click on one or more values in the lists you want to select. Or use the sliders by dragging the handlers or fill in the fields and click on Apply.
  • You can find more information about a type number by hovering over the type number and click on one of the links in the pop-up.
  • You can compare two or more type numbers by selection the checkboxes for the type numbers and click on Compare. All other rows will be hidden.
  • To add or remove columns with parameters click on the Add/Remove Columns button. You can check de columns you want to see.
  • You can change the order of the columns by dragging and dropping the columns to the desired position.
  • You can download the results of your (filtered) selection to Excel by clicking the Download Excel button.
  • At the bottom of the screen you can find the remote control, which you can use to scroll to the left and right, when the scrollbar is not visible.
  • You can share the parametric search with others using the ShareThis option on top of the page.

Before we can grant you access to our confidential documents you are required to fill in, print and sign the password request form by which you comply with the NXP Non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Please email or fax the signed form to the email-address or fax-number specified on the form. After approval you will receive username and password via email. Open document:

If you have received the username and password, you can open the document by clicking on the "open document" link. You will be prompted for username and password. After you fill in the username and password the download will start.

Forgot your password:

In case you forgot your password you can click on the "forgot your password" link to retrieve your password. Please complete the small form with your personal details and your request will be sent to NXP. You will receive an answer with your password shortly.
