General description

74AHC1G66 and 74AHCT1G66 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices. They are single-pole single-throw analog switches. The switch has two input/output pins (Y and Z) and an active HIGH enable input pin (E). When pin E is LOW, the analog switch is turned off.

  • Very low ON resistance:
    • 26 Ohm (typ.) at VCC = 3.0 V
    • 16 Ohm (typ.) at VCC = 4.5 V
    • 14 Ohm (typ.) at VCC = 5.5 V
  • High noise immunity
  • Low power dissipation
  • Balanced propagation delays
  • Multiple package options
  • ESD protection:
    • HMB JESD22-A114E exceeds 2000 V
    • MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V
    • CDM JESD22-C101C exceeds 1000 V
  • Specified from -40 Cel to +85 Cel and -40 Cel to +125 Cel
