General description

The CBT3126 is a quad FET bus switch with independent line switches. Each switch is disabled when the associated Output Enable (OE) input is LOW.

The CBT3126 is characterized for operation from -40 Cel to +85 Cel.

  • Multiple package options
  • 5 Ohm switch connection between two ports
  • TTL-compatible input levels
  • Minimal propagation delay through the switch
  • Latch-up protection exceeds 500 mA per JEDEC standard JESD78 class II level A
  • ESD protection:
    • HBM JESD22-A114E exceeds 2000 V
    • MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V
    • CDM JESD22-C101C exceeds 1000 V
  • Specified from -40 Cel to +85 Cel
