Highly integrated UHF Transmitter IC, which allows flexible system design and low bill of materials covering 315, 434, 868 and 915 MHz
Features
- Single-chip Fractional-N PLL Transmitter IC for 315/434/869/915 MHz (ISM/SRD bands)
- Multi channel capability
- Programmable OOK / ASK / FSK modulation properties
- Programmable Transmit Output Power
- Low power operation, 7 mA for transmission at 6 dBm
- Independent Power Down modes for oscillator and PLL, 50nA
- Very low external component count
- On chip VCO and PLL Loop Filter
- Very small HVQFN16 package (3mm x 3mm), optional TSSOP16 package
