Further reducing on-resistance and with extra ruggedness, the HPA family builds on our proven Trench technology to bring all-round improvements to automotive load driving.
The additions to this rapidly growing family are low RDS(on) devices housed in DPAK and LFPAK. HPA devices give you the power to meet both current and future technical demands of higher power automotive applications, from a small footprint, industry standard package.
