Our extensive portfolio of single and double 100 mA RETs are ideal for standard small-signal digital applications. For products that require higher currents, 500 mA RETs and BISS RETs combine a transistor with two resistors. This provides an integrated solution for digital applications in automotive systems, for example control units.
