Low VF (MEGA) Schottky rectifiers offer extremely low forward voltage drop during operation, which results in higher efficiency and reduced heat generation. Low VF (MEGA) Schottky rectifiers are available in various SMD package options from FlatPower SOD128 to the smallest leadless SOD882D (1 x 0.6 x 0.37 mm).
