Simplifying circuit design and reducing pick-and-place costs, low VCEsat load switches combine an energy saving low VCEsat transistor with a resistor-equipped transistor (RET) in one package. Offering the market's highest current-per-footprint ratings, our devices are ideal for switching positive supply rails or ground-referenced loads.
