Descriptive summary

Cost effective for non-critical voltage regulation

NXP offers sequences of Zener diodes for voltage regulation up to 75V in various glass and SMD pacakages down to an ultra small leaadless version. For mobile phones there are special Zener diodes available which are used for voltage reference applications.
