Following the success of N-channel products first launched in 2002, the µTrenchMOS range was recently extended with the release of the first P-channel device - the 20 V PMV65XP. The new P-channel products will offer designers additional flexibility while maintaining the µTrenchMOS family motto: maximum performance from minimum size.
An expanding range of package options
With products already available in TSOP6 (SOT457), TSSOP8 (SOT530-1 - dual MOSFETs) and SOT23, the family is continually being expanded with both standard and innovative package options such as the SOT363 (SC-88), SOT323 (SC-70), SOT416 (SC-75), SOT490 (SC-89-3) and SOT666 (SC-89-6) as well as the the ultra-small and environmentally friendly SOT883 (MCD).
