PTVS5VOP1UP - 600 W transient voltage suppressor
600 W unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) in a SOD128 small and flat lead SMD (Surface-Mounted Device) plastic package, designed for transient overvoltage protection. Very low package height of 1 mm. Rated peak pulse power of PPPM = 600 W and AEC-Q101 qualified.

- Rated peak pulse power: PTVS series, PPPM = 400 W (350 W for 3.3 V): MMBZ series, PPPM = 24 up to 40 W
- Double peak pulse power compared to competition in same or similar package
