Open the door to next generation enhanced smart cards with our 32-bit HiPerSmart platform. It combines our 0.18 µm CMOS process with the SmartMIPS core from MIPS Technology Inc., optimized for chip card applications.
Powerful and flexible, HiPerSmart offers a wide range of memory configurations and security features, and can be designed into any contact chip card as well as other identification devices according to ISO/IEC 7816-3.
Applications
HiPerSmart is suited to any high performance application requiring large memory and high security, and specifically third generation (3G) wireless communications. It is particularly suited for leading-edge UICC cards, which include USIM and RUIM applications.
