Descriptive summary

NXP's buffer options include inverting and non-inverting variants of bit width ranging from single bit to 32-bit. Buffers are available in all logic families providing options from 0.8 V to 15 V.

Buffers are available in standard logic and innovative PicoGate packages. Smaller leadless MicroPak and DQFN packages are available for PCB space saving. NXP's buffers are fully specified from -40 °C to 125 °C.
