NXP’s bus switch and multiplexer options include 5 V CBT, 5 V to 3.3 V CBTD level shifting, 3.3 V CBTLV and 3.3 V to 1.8 V CBTLVD variants of bit width ranging from single-bit to 24-bit.
Bus switches are available in standard logic and innovative PicoGate packages. Smaller leadless MicroPak and DQFN packages are available for PCB space saving. NXP’s bus switches are fully specified from either -40 °C to 85 °C or -40 °C to 125 °C
