NXP ALVT is the world's fastest low-voltage BiCMOS standard logic family. The speed of ALVT extends TTL well into the 100MHz operating range while still providing the power savings of low voltage.

Fabricated using the advanced QUBiC-LP process, ALVT is specified to operate in either the 3.3V power supply range or the new JEDEC standard 2.5V range. When operating at 3.3V, ALVT provides a 20% speed enhancement over LVT and equals LVT speeds when operating at 2.5V. Both ranges of operation offer input and output compatibility with 5V logic products and pin-for-pin compatibility with existing ABT and LVT families.
