NXP’s CBT(n) bus switches are low delay single transistor or transmission gate solutions for multiplexing data buses, hot swapping boards in backplanes, memory interleaving, signal conditioning and uni-direction level shifting.

Technical summary

NXP’s CBT(n) bus switch and multiplexer options include 5 V CBT, 5 V to 3.3 V CBTD level shifting, 3.3 V CBTLV and 3.3 V to 1.8 V CBTLVD variants of bit width ranging from single‑bit to 24‑bit.

CBT(n) bus switches are available in standard logic and innovative PicoGate packages. Smaller leadless MicroPak and DQFN packages are available for PCB space saving. NXP’s CBT(n) products are fully specified from either -40 °C to 85 °C or -40 °C to 125 °C
