The portfolio includes NX3L & NX3V low‑ohmic variants for low frequency analog and digital switching; NX3DV & NX5DV low‑capacitance variants for higher frequency applications and NX3P & NX5P feature rich smart load switches for power management.

Technical summary

NX products are best-in-class, low-ohmic switches for your audio and mixed signal design needs. The on‑resistance and its variation with signal amplitude are very low which leads to very low signal attenuation and distortion. Switch leakage is very low, ideal for multiplexing low amplitude analog signals in monitoring applications. NX3 products have a wide supply voltage range (1.4 V to 4.3 V, typical) and are available in multiple configurations. The NXxxxT feature low‑threshold inputs making them suitable for use with lower voltage controllers.

NX products are available in standard SO, TSSOP and PicoGate as well as innovative leadless DQFN and MicroPak packages for PCB space saving. NXP’s NX products are fully specified from -40 °C to 125 °C.
