The very high-speed CMOS XC7 logic family is a speed upgrade of HC(T) with over-voltage tolerant inputs for true mixed voltage applications. NXPâs provides XC7SH and XC7WH products for use in 2.0Â V to 6.0Â V CMOS applications. XC7SET products are suitable for use in 4.5Â V to 5.5Â V TTL applications.

XC7 logic devices are specified over 2.0 V to 6.0Â V. With a balanced output drive of 8Â mA and typical propagation delay of 5Â ns, the XC7 family includes single, dual and triple gates. Functions include inverters, buffers/line drivers and gates.
XC7 products are available in PicoGate as well as innovative leadless MicroPak packages for PCB space saving. NXPâs XC7 products are fully specified from -40Â Â°C to 125Â Â°C.
