Descriptive summary

Logic gates are the fundamental building blocks of any digital circuit. NXP's comprehensive range of logic gates, include AND, OR, NAND, NOR, X-OR, X-NOR functions in multiple logic families, allows for a variety of control logic solutions in automotive applications such as engine monitoring navigation, interior lighting, power management, battery monitoring, and throttle control systems.

Gates are available in standard SO, TSSP, PicoGate and innovative leadless MicroPak and DQFN packages for PCB space saving. NXP's automotive gates are fully specified from -40°C to 125°C, and are qualified per AEC Q100 grade 1.
