Descriptive summary

NXP's register options include variants of bit width ranging from 8-bit to 32-bit. Registers are available in all logic families providing options from 0.8 V to 15 V.

Registers are available in standard SO, TSSOP and innovative leadless DQFN packages for PCB space saving. NXP's registers are fully specified from -40 ºC to 125 ºC.
