Print password request form:

Before we can grant you access to our confidential documents you are required to fill in, print and sign the password request form by which you comply with the NXP Non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Please email or fax the signed form to the email-address or fax-number specified on the form. After approval you will receive username and password via email.
