Kinetis® Mini MCUs: Wafer-Level Chip-scale Packages (WLCSP) based on ARM® Cortex®-M0+/M4 Core

Kinetis® Mini Weareables Kinetis mini MCUs are our smallest and thinnest, ARM Powered® devices available in a variety of industry-leading, wafer-level chip-scale packages (WLCSPs). These MCUs offer greater functionality than previously seen in the market, providing massive design potential for today’s embedded designers.

The Kinetis mini portfolio, which to-date has shipped in the millions, now includes both our smallest and thinnest Kinetis microcontrollers (MCUs).

At 0.34 mm height - thin as a blade of grass - our ultra-thin Kinetis K22 MCU, with a 120MHz ARM® Cortex®-M4F core, 512KB Flash and 128KB SRAM, balances high peripheral integration and low static and dynamic power. This ultra-thin, low-power MCU further enables customers to reduce the size of their embedded applications.
