The LPC1100LV series is powered by a low-power ARM Cortex-M0 CPU running up to 50 MHz. It is the first Cortex-M0 microcontroller with flexible 1.65 V to 1.95 V input, as well as the lowest 2 µA deep sleep current and 5 μs wake up time. Low power, high performance and small form factor are always the top selection criteria for battery-powered portable applications, such as mobile phones and digital cameras. NXP’s LPC1100LV series of microcontrollers combine all requirements into tiny, low-voltage, and high efficiency products, allowing customers to implement design solutions not available before.

Descriptive summary
The LPC1100LV series is the first Cortex-M0 microcontroller with direct input of 1.65 V to 1.95 V. It also has industry-leading deep sleep current of less than 2 µA, as well as an unparalleled 5 µs wake up time. When compared to 8-/16-bit solutions, the LPC1100LV’s low-power and low-voltage features bring unmatched energy efficiency to battery-powered applications. The LPC1101LV of the LPC1100LV series, with a 2 mm x 2 mm Wafer-Level Chip Scale Package brings low-voltage to the world’s smallest 32-bit ARM microcontroller solution. Dual voltage input for the CPU (1.8 V) and the GPIO (3.3 V) is also available, such as running a 3.3 V SPI input with a 1.8 V I²C output. This unique flexibility also eliminates external logic requirements for footprint reduction.
