Versatile, low-pin-count, low-power Cortex-M0+ MCUs

The LPC800 series offers a range of low-power, space efficient, low-pin-count options for basic microcontroller applications. An ultra-efficient, 30 MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ core delivers deterministic, real-time performance. A range of versatile timing, connectivity, and analog peripherals equip LPC800 series MCUs to handle a wide range of applications that prioritize low pin count, small footprint, or stringent low-power requirements. Unique to low-end devices, all LPC800 series MCUs include a switch matrix and patent-pending SCTimer/PWM, giving embedded developers unprecedented design flexibility.

LPC800 series MCUs are ideal for:

  • sensor gateways
  • communications interface for wireless protocols such as NFC, BTLE, Zigbee or WiFi
  • human machine interface (HMI) tasks such as touch, gesture, swipe
  • battery-powered devices
  • space-constrained designs
  • simple protocol bridging

LPC800 series includes two MCU families:
