SiliconMAX brings the benefits of ultra-low on-state resistance and high-speed switching to devices rated up to 200 V. Based on enhanced TrenchMOS™ technology, SiliconMAX delivers unrivalled performance in a choice of industry-standard packages.


Compared to the DMOS transistors typically used in 100 to 200 V applications, SiliconMAX devices offer far lower on-state resistances for similar sized packages. So you can either improve the efficiency or reduce the size of your system - or both. Furthermore, gate charges in SiliconMAX devices are less than half those of DMOS rivals with similar on-state resistances. So switching is much faster and twice as efficient.
