An expanding range of package options
With products available in SOT457 (TSOP6), SOT23 , SOT363 (SC-88), SOT323 (SC-70) and SOT416 (SC-75), the family has recently expanded with the ultra-small and environmentally friendly SOT883.
The high performance and wide range of package options means the µTrenchMOS family will find a home in applications across all market segments. It meets head-on the demanding requirements of driver, switching, load and power circuits in application areas as diverse as security and surveillance, computing, wireless communications, instrumentation and consumer multimedia.
