Descriptive summary

Manufactured in advanced BiCMOS technology, our fast-charge controller ICs integrate the complex mix of requirements necessary for all battery types, and for both linear and switched-mode systems. Our portfolio includes devices that switch from current to voltage regulation at battery specific voltages for Li-Ion and SLA batteries. Our offering also covers state-of-charge / discharge indicators and fast-charge controllers for low-voltage NiMH- and NiCd-powered applications.
