NXPs single- and dual-channel ADCs portfolio comprises some fifty models with resolutions of 10, 11, 12, 14 and 16 bits, optional input buffer, input sample rates of 65, 80, 105, 125, 200 MSPS, and low-voltage CMOS, LVDS DDR, JEDEC JESD204A and JESD204B digital outputs. Typical performance ranges to 864 dBc SFDR at Fn=190 MHz and Fs=185 Msps input sample rate (ADC1443D200).
