VHF broadcast transistors

For broadcast technologies, we use the latest technologies in our in-house wafer fabs and assembly centers, producing transistors that combine very high quality with superior reliability. Our LDMOS and VDMOS technologies offer greater functionality and improved performance in all-digital systems like DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcast), analog broadcast technologies, and more.

Our current portfolio includes transistors for Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Very High Frequency (VHF) and High Frequency (HF) applications.
