UAF3000TS
The UAF3000TS is a FET bias controller, with polarization switch and tone detection, for biasing up to three pHEMT devices. An integrated bandgap reference ensures voltage accuracy and tone detection, while integrated detectors handle horizontal and vertical, and high / low band switching. The device automatically detects the supply voltage range (3.3 V or 5 V) and is housed in a SOT360 package.
UAF4000TS
Designed for multiple LNBs and housed in a SOT403 package, the UAF4000TS is a FET bias controller with polarization switch and tone detection. An integrated bandgap reference ensures voltage accuracy and tone detection, while integrated detectors handle horizontal and vertical, and high / low band switching. The device also automatically detects the supply voltage range (3.3 V or 5 V).
