Standard Triacs (4Q Triacs) are full cycle AC conduction power switches with gate triggering in four quadrants. They offer high voltage capability and are available in a range of gate sensitivities. Their planar passivated construction ensures voltage ruggedness and reliability. They are used in general purpose applications.
The product family is available in many packages including TO-92, SOT82, TO-220 and SOT186A. Surface mount options include SOT223, DPAK and D²PAK.
Based on our planar wafer technology, our 4Q triacs provide best-in-class reliability and quality in applications where positive gate triggering is a must.
