NXP takes the implementation of messages with our customer serious and therefore implementations are handled as projects where resources are assigned to make the implementation a success.

Project are executed into two phases: Concept and execution:

Concept Phase

The concept phase enables NXP and the customer to determine the solution direction and risks that need to be managed. The concept phase will be a short and time-boxed activity.

Execution Phase

In the execution phase the solution will be implemented. This means that the message mapping is created, the connection is set-up and the go-live is prepared. When the tests are executed with positive results the solution will go-live.

Trading partner agreement

When implementing messages with a customer a trading partner agreement (TPA) is set-up between the customer and NXP.
